My love of photography started as a child, watching family slide nights, reliving moments and being fascinated by how an image was created. To me it was simply magic!

The fascination remained, so when I sold my retail business to take up an opportunity to live abroad, I seized the chance to rekindle my love of photography . It has become a wonderful journey full of discovery and learning, whether it be walking into our garden to photograph a flower or it be exploring other countries and cultures.

Photography has taken me to places that I never dreamed of visiting but also given me the ability to see something unique or unseen in the everyday. No matter where I am though or what I am doing, I am drawn to nature, it’s beauty and diversity; often being mesmerized for hours on the smallest detail.

I enjoy experimenting with the camera, trying new techniques and definitely breaking the rules. My motto for photographic art is simple

“ Photography has no rules, it is only limited by one’s imagination” .

When I am not photographing you will find me with my head in a home magazine, browsing real estate posts and homeware stores. Other times it will be sitting back with a glass of champagne, enjoying time with family and friends, attempting to learn the game of golf and planning the next getaway.

I have recently relocated to Port Stephens on the NSW coast, and regularly travelling to Sydney.
